Return & Refund Policy

At Saella Shop, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding service. As a global dropshipping business, we apply clear and fair policies to ensure transparency for all customers.

 

Final Sale – No Refunds or Returns on Discounted Products

All sale or discounted items are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for these products unless a manufacturing defect is clearly proven.

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos via our contact form. Only products with visible and confirmed factory defects are eligible for a free replacement.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be in processing and changes might not be possible.

If the cancellation is made within 24 hours, a refund will be processed within up to 10 business days.

 

Return Conditions (Only for Non-Sale Items)

We accept returns of unused, non-sale items in their original packaging, up to 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • You must request authorization before returning any product
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense
  • In cases of regret or wrong size/color selection, the customer covers both outbound and return shipping

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Products that have been worn, used, or washed
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day return window

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% on unauthorized or non-compliant returns. 

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (within 10 business days), you’ll receive a confirmation. Refunds may take up to 40 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment method.

  • All refunds are issued in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • Exchange rates or currency conversion fees are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

 

Defective Products

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Send your order number and clear photos of the damage
  • If approved, we’ll send a free replacement at no cost to you

Please note:

  • Box damage (e.g. dented packaging) is not considered a product defect if the item inside is intact
  • Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement

 

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is shipped, delivery is handled by third-party couriers. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to customs, carriers, or local regulations
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

 

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or is not claimed in time by the customer, the reshipping cost will be charged to the buyer.

We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Abuse Prevention Clause

Saella Shop reserves the right to refuse refunds or returns in cases of policy abuse, including excessive or unjustified return requests or behavior indicating misuse of our system.

 

Product Use & Safety

Please use all items as instructed. Saella Shop is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by misuse or negligent use of products.

If you experience any discomfort while using a product, stop using it immediately and contact our support team.
